If you purchased access to Studydesk and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No conditions, no hoops to jump through.

After 30 days from purchase, refunds are not available. This policy exists because we provide immediate full access to all platform content upon purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at hello@jdnext.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request”
  3. Include your name and the email address you used to purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve the platform.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request and verify your purchase, we will process the refund within 1–3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund is issued, your account access will be deactivated.
